Visitor Center Update!

The long-awaited visitor center is nearly complete. Finishing touches to the interior and exterior will be completed throughout the summer and staff offices will transition to the new building as soon as an occupancy permit is approved. We can’t wait to show you this exciting and innovative center for education and interpretation of Lake James State Park’s incredible natural and historical story. Please be patient and continue to respect the closure of the visitor center roadway, building and Mills Creek bridge.
